Refund Policy

Everything sold on Landscape AI is a one-time purchase from Idea Engine LLC. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Token packs
- If something went wrong with a purchase (a charge you didn’t expect, tokens that didn’t arrive, a duplicate payment), email support@idea-engine.studio within 14 days of the purchase and we will make it right, by refunding the payment or restoring your tokens.
- If a design fails to generate, the token it used is refunded to your balance automatically.
- Tokens already spent on completed designs are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we failed to deliver the design.
- Tokens never expire.
DIY shopping lists
You see a free preview with the real plant count and estimated cost before you pay. Once a list is unlocked it is not refundable, except where the law requires it or the list failed to unlock. If it did not unlock, email support@idea-engine.studio within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Contractor leads
If the homeowner’s contact details you bought are invalid, or you paid after another contractor had already bought the lead, email support@idea-engine.studio within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; it is faster for both of us. Card statements show the charge from Idea Engine LLC.
