1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Landscape AI (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Landscape AI generates landscape design concepts and related planning materials from photos and prompts you provide. Generated designs are suggestions for inspiration and planning; they are not engineering, horticultural, or professional landscaping advice. Always verify plant suitability, local regulations, and site conditions before acting on a design.
3. Accounts and tokens
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Generations are paid for with tokens. Purchased tokens are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading content you do not have the rights to, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landscape AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
